With Our Workflow Mapping & Refresh, You’ll Receive:

  • We’ll make sure to create an entire "clientflow" (a Honeybook term that means how you work with your client from the moment they inquire about your services to sending a testimonial after the wedding) that’s as automated as possible so you barely have to lift a finger with your client!

    We’ll elevate your experience as a business owner while simultaneously elevating your clients’!

    I will work with you to create and develop:

    • The Inquiry Workflow (Both pre & post consult)

    • The Onboarding Workflow

    • The Active Workflow (Both pre & post event)

    • The Offboarding Workflow

    If there are any others that you would like included (like a referral program workflow, collaboration workflow, etc.), just let me know!

  • You’ll receive customized branded forms, brochures, invoices, and proposals.

  • Stop spending hours a week creating the same emails for leads and clients. We’ll take care of it! Dozens of branded email templates are included in this service.

  • Your time is precious! With our Workflow Mapping & Refresh service, we automate as much as possible so you spend the least amount of time on these admin tasks.

  • After the refresh is complete, we’ll hop on an hour-long recorded offboarding call.

Onboarding call

Once we have your questionnaire, we’ll hop on an hour call together to make sure we understand your exact needs.

The Deliverable!

After 4-6 weeks (and lots of communication in-between), we’ll hop on a recorded call to go over the deliverable and get you some training!

  • My expertise is with Honeybook and Dubsado, but I know there are several others that are quite common within the wedding industry. Still reach out anyway and let’s see what we can do or who we can refer you to!

  • This is up to you! After I send the proposal, you will be able to choose if you’d like to pay in full or monthly for up to 6 months.

    That means you can have a full workflow refresh for as little as $200/month for 6 months!
