Here’s how it works!

Day One

After our discovery call and the contract and invoice are paid, you’ll receive an email with your Wishlist and a time to schedule the Pre-VIP Day meeting, also known as Day One!

During this meeting, we’ll go over your answers from your wishlist, go over expectations, make sure we have access to either your Honeybook or Dubsado account, and answer any last-minute questions!

Day Two

This is the day we get to work! We set aside the ENTIRE day to focus purely on your work and wishlist so we can get it completed.

While we won’t be video-chatting with you during this time, we ask that you have access to your phone or computer to answer any emails or Voxer messages from us.

Day Three

The next day, we’ll jump on a recorded hour-long call, going over every task that was completed. We’ll answer any questions and show you some tutorials so you’re prepared to work in your optimized Honeybook or Dubsado account by yourself!

We’ll also ensure you remove us from your account during the call.

FAQs

  • We unfortunately can't promise we will complete every single task for you on your list. This could be because of response time, technical issues, or simply too many tasks.

    That's why we have you list them in priority order in the questionnaire, so if we don't get to every single task, at least your top priority tasks are done!

  • That's okay! Let us know during the discovery call how many tasks you think you have. If we believe it won't take 8 hours to complete, we'll let you know and move forward from there.

  • We do our best to judge the amount of work based on your wishlist. If we see your wishlist and notice that it's more than a day's worth of work, we will let you know and go from there.

    We understand how frustrating it is when service providers overpromise. We will be 100% clear before we start our work whether we believe it can truly be completed in a day or not.

    If you decide later on that you'd like another day with us, let us know.

  • I’m so glad you asked!

  • You could, but that wouldn’t be the best use of your time or energy. You should focus on honing your craft, not watching YouTube tutorials.

  • Some people need a lot of tasks done while others only need a few!

    For this reason, there is not a minimum requirement. However, I do offer an alternative service for those with very minimal tasks.
