Who Is Virtually Vital?

It was 2021.

I invested in myself and became a general virtual assistant knowing my organizational skills could help those who found it a challenge. I was newly engaged and was drawn to those in the wedding industry. I was working in Honeybook and Dubsado for the majority of my time, and came to love how much potential the platforms had!

It was 2022.

I decided to pursue my business full-time. I transitioned into a social media manager as well as a virtual assistant, got married, and became more burnt out by the DAY! I had made a few not-so-good hires that made me anxious about hiring new team members. I had drifted away from what I found most fulfilling: organizing and optimizing.

It was 2023.

I invested in myself AGAIN! Upleveling my skills and working with business coaches so I can not only get back to where I was drawn to, but so I can offer my clients the best of the best! Becoming a certified expert, partner, and ambassador for platforms like Honeybook, ClickUp, Asana, and Monday.com.

It’s 2024!

My cup is now full as I work with wedding professionals to get the core of their business organized and optimized.

In my almost 6 years of working as a “digital organizer,” I have worked with many overwhelmed wedding professionals who have a vision but don’t know how to execute it.

I’ve worked with many individuals who have ADHD, which has impacted the organization of their business. But, not only am I an organizer, I grew up with all 3 of my siblings having ADHD, so I knew how their brains work.

I have worked with business owners who had bad experiences outsourcing tasks, and I knew EXACTLY how they felt. For every bad hire I had in my business, there was a new hire 10x better.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

I was anxious to have someone take care of my baby…I mean business! If you’re feeling the same way, be comforted with the fact that you’re working with someone who knows precisely what you’re feeling.

I couldn’t be happier connecting and working with the most talented people in the wedding industry!

P.S.

These amazing pictures are from MY wedding!

It was 2008.

I was the “organizer” of the family. Aunts and uncles would beg me to come over just to organize their pantry! I thrived seeing a jumbled mess become a weight lifted off of my family’s shoulders.

It was 2018.

I got an email from a family friend needing help managing their email for their real estate company.

I had no idea that when I accepted this independent contractor position, I was doing a virtual assistant task.

It was 2020.

I saw a TikTok explaining what a virtual assistant was, how they were able to choose their own hourly rate, and work when it fit their schedule. I brushed it off, assuming that it was a scam. But I was a college kid. And besides, haven’t I already managed emails? I needed to set my own rates and work when I needed to in order to survive college!
